3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Meeting with the Dalai Lama in Rayburn House Office Building. He is an exceptional world leader who effectively denounces the oppression of Tibet. I strongly oppose President Obama's refusal to meet with the Dalai Lama - the first President since 1991 not to meet him.

6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. - To House Floor for three votes.
