1:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. - US Air flight from LaGuardia to Reagan National. Number of people at LaGuardia and on the plane told me they were rooting for Scott Brown in Massachusetts U.S. Senate race.
6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. - To House Floor for routine votes. Democrats resigned to a big loss in Massachusetts tonight, even though the polls haven't closed yet.
7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. - To Irish Ambassador's residence for dinner hosted by Ambassador Michael Collins and his staff for 12 Members of Congress involved in irish issues. Most of the talk was on Scott Brown's victory in Massachusetts which became obvious by about 8:20 p.m.
