Saturday, February 6th
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - visiting a friend going through tough times - - but handling it with strength and class.
5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - at O'Hurley's Bar at 72nd and Broadway in Manhattan for annual fundraiser for Michael Boyle-David Arce Memorial Fund. Michael were firefighters filled on 9/11. Crowd was once again overflowing. Jimmy Boyle and Marge Arce were gracious and friendly as usual.
Sunday, February 7th
5:45 p.m. - give quote to Daily News saying all 9/11 trials should be in military tribunals, not civilian courts. (See article here).
6:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m. - watch Super Bowl at house. Just watched game, not rooting for anyone. During halftime had phone call with ND Law roomate Larry Bonenberge from West Virginia. Larry & wife Barbara - former Democrats - are now staunch conservatives.
