11:15 a.m. - To House Floor to vote for "Medicare Premium Fairness Act" H.R. 3631 to prevent any Medicare Part B premium increase in 2010.

11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Meeting of Republican members of Intelligence Committee.

1:45 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Meet in office with Chief Dowd of NYPD to discuss legislation to imporve interoperability of communications among first responders.

3:00 p.m. - 4:40 p.m. - Intelligence Committee meeting with Admiral Blair, Director of National Intelligence.
