11:30 a.m. - 12 noon - Intelligence Committee briefing with Director of Intelligence, Dennis Blair.

12:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. - Meetings with NYPD Commissioner Ray kelly and GOP Congressmen regarding 9/11 health bill to assist police and firefighters who are suffering serious illnesses from 9/11 rescue work. Also at the meeting were NYPD officers suffering from advanced forms of rare cancers caused by their work at Ground Zero.
